Bluetooth tethering

Does anybody know how to enable bluetooth tethering on my S21 Ultra? I tried going into the settings of the Bluetooth device that's connected to my phone and I see the option to enable bluetooth tethering but then it turn off automatically. I'm not sure if there's something I need to enable on my phone first of what the deal is

Settings->Connections->Mobile Hotspot and Tethering->Bluetooth Tethering.

When you're looking for a setting the first thing to try is to go into Settings and search.  I search for "tether" and found the answer.

I have neither of those options

I assume that you have a US unlocked phone?  It may be carrier specific.

I have a carrier locked phone to AT&T

Then I'd call AT&T as it may be carrier specific.

I have TMobile and the option to tether via Bluetooth is no longer available for me either
