S21U New device through Samsung as part of the initial pre-order - having issues with the 3x lens focusing. This appears to be some issue with the image stabilization as the lens will focus but continues to shutter.
This appears regardless of lighting or focal length for both still imaging as well as video through the 3x. This isn't present with any of the other imaging or video combinations or lens options. Not sure if this is a software or hardware problem. Admittedly didn't test or notice prior to the Feb updates so not sure if it's related.
Anyone else having issues? Device fully up to date. Looking to contact Samsung to log as an issue but not finding an easy way to do so posting this here.

Galaxy S21If you have tried the various troubleshooting steps listed here, including the factory reset, and have had no changes then repairs would be recommended in order to have the device evaluated. You can visit your local uBreakiFix for walk-in repair options, or additionally Samsung offers ship-in repair options. It is important to note, that the uBreakiFix locations are a very general repair option that can lead to an additional repair via the ship-in process. Galaxy S21I don't have that issue with the 3x. When you say Stutter, is the image jumping around?

Galaxy S21Oh wow, that's bad. Have you tried it in Safe Mode or performed a Factory Reset without restoring your backup? If this doesn't work then it will probably need to go back.
