Galaxy S21Is there a way of changing the refresh rate of the screen particularly when using the camera, or is there an antiflicker mode?
I'm getting vertical lines scrolling across the screen whenever I'm in a room with fluorescent or LED lighting which comes through on pictures and video.
Many thanks.

This is a common issue with with fluorescent or LED lighting and digital cameras/camcorders. The lines on the image are not coming from the screen refresh rate but from the shutter speed. As far as I know there is no fix for this phenomenon other than to avoid areas lit with fluorescent or LED lighting.

Galaxy S21Thanks Bill, you're right it is the shutter speed.
Essentially the S21 camera is not usable indoors when lights are on. The only way I have managed to remove the issue is by using the pro setting and adjusting the shutter settings, iso etc. Not too good of you're after a 'capture the moment' kind of shot.
Hopefully Samsung can release an update in the future with an antiflicker setting that remove or reduce the issue.
Here are two examples of what my camera captures. Extreme example as its of a light source 😁

Pro setting
