My Outlook exchange account has no problem with email and calendar.  But suddenly the contacts that are on the server won't sync to the Samsung contact app on my galaxy s21.   I don't want to delete the account because I have been adding contacts on my phone in this Outlook exchange directory.  I will loose all of them.  Thanks for suggesting solutions.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with this situation and I will be more than happy to assist you with getting your contacts sync to your Outlook account.

Open your phone Settings > Applications > Outlook > Make sure Contacts is enabled. Then open the Outlook app and go to Settings > tap on your account > tap Sync Contacts. Check to see if your account is now sync with your Outlook account.

If your account is still not sync with your contacts, try these steps:

In the Outlook app, go to Settings > Tap the account that is not syncing > Tap Reset Account. Check to see if your account is syncing.

Still not working? Delete and re-add your email account: From Settings, tap the account that is not syncing > tap Delete Account > Delete from This Device. Then re-add your email account in Outlook.
