Galaxy S21Galaxy Store notifications can not be disabled. The "Allow Notifications" toggle is disabled and can not be toggled off. Why? I seriously will switch to Pixel next time I upgrade my phone. (which is soon btw). That's how annoying this is. I don't care about what ever bloatware app you are trying to shill to me. Please just let us turn these off.

Galaxy S21There is one mandatory notification category that cannot be toggled off, every other category can. This is the reason why, when you don't have categories enabled, you cannot toggle off notifications. With the categories on, you can toggle off everything except the mandatory one (I repeated myself, I know). I have never received a notification from the Galaxy store, even with that mandatory category turned on. I also do not get notifications for the three I *do* have turned on, which would tick me off if they were actually important.

Galaxy S21@kh85 Have you tried rebooting your phone?
Have you visited phone settings -> Notifications -> Advanced settings and made sure that "Manage notification categories for each app" is enabled?
Have you tried wiping the device cache?
It wipes out incompatible or outdated cache information which might be incompatible after the update. It does not erase any user data nor applications.
To wipe the device cache partition:
1. Power off your device.
2. Power up while holding down the Volume up key and the Side key until the Samsung logo appears.
3. An Android recovery menu will appear.
4. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Wipe cache partition.
5. Click the side key to select it.
6. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Yes.
7. Click the side key to select it. The Cache will be wiped almost instantaneously.
8. Click the side key to select "Reboot system now"

Galaxy S21That is where I tried to turn it off. Samsung Push notifications are off. Galaxy store notifications can't be toggled. When I tap on it, it does nothing.

Galaxy S21@kh85 Don't focus on that switch at the top.
Go down and click on Notification categories and turn off all the areas that you want to stop.

Galaxy S21Took me a moment to find what you were talking about. I did have a few items toggled on under that section. I've now toggled them all off. I'm hoping this will fix the annoying app store spam. Thanks,
