I never use my secure folder and accidentally saved a vlog in it. As I try to gain access to the secure folder, I enter my pin then it goes into wanting my password. I do not remember it nor does it give me any option/prompt for "forgot password" to change it. I have done everything it states online as to signing into my Samsung member account to change it but it just continues to circle me back to the pin and then requesting my password - please help! I really need to gain access to it.
In order to move something into secure folder, you need to have the password for a secure folder, or the file will not move. So, when you originally moved it, you had to have put in a password at that point, so that is your password.
I am having the same issue. I even went into secure folder settings and changed the login type to pattern, then back to password. When I did that it prompted me to set a password and I thought I was good, but when I opened the secure folder again the new password still didn't work. I'm stuck for now. I hope someone can chime in here and help.
I too did not get prompted for a password to move files into the folder.
