Hi. I had to upgrade to the eSims card. Once I did that my phone said I needed the 7.0 update. Updated my phone and now I can't make calls or text. Tried going to the store and they say I can't do anything. Also my battery life sucks! Now update just drains it. Help help is greatly appreciated
Same here with S23. No data, no phone call, no text unless I connect to wifi call. Service provider tried a new sim card and activated eSim later...None worked. Phone is literally useless once I leave the wifi area. Samsung, get it fixed!
