Cannot connect to Mobile Network

Having just updated my phone, I am now getting an "error: Network Error occurred" message when trying to use my Mobile Network. I have strong service,  and the mobile network (Verizon) is turned on,  but I cannot connect to the internet or receive messages.

Try Settings->General Management->Reset->Reset Network settings

Try turning on airplane mode, then off.
From setting> connections> Airplane mode turn on, wait 10 seconds then turn off.
I also have Verizon, the same problem. Did this problem gone

I would turn off your phone and check the Sim card, after that turn on your phone and install Google carrier services and see what happens, if this continues, reach out to your carrier

I tried restarting my phone, turning airplane mode on and off, resetting the network settings, reinserting the Sim card, clearing the cache partition, but nothing helped. The next morning the issue seems to have resolved itself!
