Cannot turn off notifications from Galaxy Store.

When I try to switch off tnr notifications, the switch is grayed out (in the ON position).

Galaxy Store sends notification to notify you about updates, I believe you can't not turn that off. You can choose to get them delivered quietly. You can turn off the other notifications off by going to Theme store -> Scroll down to notification -> Notification categories and click the ones you don't want (there is one you can't turn off) I hope I could help you somehow.

I have a Galaxy S20 and I have them turned off. My wife has a Galaxy S21 and the option is grayed out.

Seems like you can disable all other notifications except "important updates"

Ugh! That's to much information for me, I turn them all off except for app updates.

You can go into Settings/Apps/Galaxy Store and tap on Notifications/Notification Categories and choose exactly how you'd like to be notified in detail.
