Change EMail Settings

Hi,

I have a Samsung S21+ and use the standard EMail app.  Recently, my EMail provider changed services.  While I have the same EMail address , the settings for both incoming & outgoing EMails have changed.

I want  to keep the way I have EMail app set up and any old EMails I have stored.  I tried changing server settings, BUT the app won't let me change User Name so I get all kind s of errors when I try to complete the action.

My question is how do I do this?  Do I have to delete the current EMail and put in new? Is there another way?

Use the web version for the email ur essentially archiving or moving away from and make the device email the primary or one that ur gonna use since that is usually tied to device settings that u probablyly want going to the current one

Thanks, but unfortunately not helpful.

I eventually got it solved by deleting old account and associated server setting and then added like a new account
