Galaxy S21yeeeesssssssssss!
bigger problems now are:
1. i have a sleep routine at 00:00. once it's time, the notification kicks me back to the home page as described above
2. anytime i launch the clock app after a long time, it goes off by itself. i will have to launch it again before it stays for me to use it
3. just recently, whenever i switch on a pre-set alarm, the app goes off immediately and displays the usual time left for the alarm to ring. if i need to put on more alarms, i will have switch on & launch the app again and again!
importantly, these issues started one after the other in the order i wrote them; this is really concerning!

Galaxy S21What Launcher are you using?
It's like when a clock alarm goes off, it doesn't respect the current app that should have focus.

Galaxy S21I just installed all of the latest updates and still have this problem. I use Microsoft Launcher and Samsung's Clock/Alarm app does not appear to play nice.
Still, every time an alarm goes off, it kicks me out of whatever app I'm in and back to the Launcher's Home Page.

Galaxy S21@TechnoStud Does this happen while using other launchers, or the native One UI Home? I have been using Nova Launcher Pro for years without many issues besides the gesture notifications, and even that got solved fairly quickly. If it's a compatibility conflict between the launcher and phone, there isn't much that can be done beside reporting it to the developer and hoping there is an update in the near future.

Galaxy S21Who is to say whether it's Microsoft's problem or Samsung's problem. I suspect that their developers communicate with each other, so perhaps they can figure out who has the troublesome code. Since notifications from all other apps work just fine in Microsoft Launcher, I feel like Samsung needs to look at what is going on with their Clock app.

Galaxy S21@TechnoStud Have you tried contacting (by phone, chat, or e-mail) either company to see if you can find anything more out about the problem? Has this always happened or did it first occur after an update (system or app)?
