I added them to the list and again they have active processes in the background and the Google Play Store offers me updates for them and it shouldn't offer that they are really in deep sleep.
It only works the first time, when I remove it from the deep list and then put it back on the deep list again. Instantly puts them into deep sleep until I open them. As soon as I open it, nothing happens after that.
I exit the app, kill them from the recent app, they work again and they should immediately go to deep sleep.
I even checked with the ADB command and I see that the processes are still active even when I exit the application. I waited 10-15 minutes with the screen turned off, restarted the phone, and even when restarting, I immediately checked if they were working, that is, before I even start them, but they are still working in the background....
adb shell dumpsys activity processes | findstr instagram

I uninstalled several apps via ADB shell. I'm curious, did I remove any package related to deep sleep? Tell me which services are essential for deep sleep to work properly?
Otherwise, it works for some other applications, as soon as I exit them and remove them from the recent app, they automatically go to deep sleep. Only some of them won't, so I'm wondering if it's up to me or if it's normal behavior? If it's normal, then you shouldn't put Meta Applications in deep sleep at all when it's not working, because then what happens in the background if the system tries to put them in deep sleep and they won't? Some loop?

I turned off Allow background data usage, but regardless of that, the messages arrive both on the wifi network and on mobile data. So this doesn't work either. Obviously, I disabled something from the system packages that are responsible for these options....

Well, half a year ago or more, it worked because I know that my messages did not arrive until I entered Instagram.
Now I send myself messages from another phone to this phone, my phone is locked and the message arrives within 1-2 seconds after I send it, which means that even minimum sleep does not work, but it receives messages instantly

Hi, I noticed it too! Even in deep sleeping state, Instagram runs on background 3h every day, it's very strange. Maybe, Samsung added Meta apps in white list on One UI level ๐Ÿคจ
