Deleted pics

Does anyone know how to recover accidentally deleted pics? Everything on my phone was backed up but apparently these did not go to the cloud or anything and I have used software that's suppose to recover lost photos and still not working. They just recently deleted and I keep being told and finding online that they still can be found somehow. Anyone able to help with this? These photos are very special to me

If you had them saved in the cloud it will always be in the cloud. Which service did you use, Samsung or google?

I have both and I had it set to where everything automatically goes to both but they didn't go in there. I looked through all of that and used retrieving software apps it said to use to find lost photos and still nothing

At this point it could be a possibility that the photos are gone. Start from fresh and make sure in the settings depending which you will use you have auto upload. I prefer Google because one you open the app it uploads by it's self

Any chance they're in your carrier cloud by default? We just switched from sprint to AT&T, was a wreck for 2 days thinking my texts and numerous files were gone forever if not temporarily MIA....lo & behold it's some automatic carrier thing...But, also, you can alwaysrestoreyour most recent backup of data..PS. Use the Google Files app, it's ahhhhh-mazing for hiding, cleaning, recovering, discovering etc! Good luck!

Not sure what the carrier cloud is. Might have to find that and check it out. I'll look at the app too. Thank you

Gallery > 3 lines on the bottom right > trash. Deleted pictures stay in there for 30 days.

Not there. Already looked everywhere and did all restoring and recovery ways too. Nothing. Everything but these pics came back. Which doesn't make sense cause these pics should have came back with others that were restored

I can see how that this issue can be concerning. If you have backed your pictures to a cloud service like the Samsung cloud or your carrier cloud service. You would be able to go back and retrieve your pictures. If you haven't then it's a strong possibility that they are lost. I would recommend that you reach out to your service provider and check with them as well.
