Every time I try to turn on dolby atmos , it says "can't turn on while 360 audio in use"

There is nothing in use.

Am I the only one having this problem? It's irritating

I called at*t pro tech the had me reset
a few things that then I had control both

Does it happen in Safe Mode?

I can turn on and off Atmos and 360 audio at will. Maybe clear the Wear app cache.
