Is there a way to have spotify playing through my speaker and twitch playing into my galaxy buds at the same time?

Settings > sound & vibration > scroll to bottom for separate app sound

You might also want the Sound Assitant app from Goodlock/Samsung on the Galaxy store for multisound. But that might not be necessary.
