After going through **bleep** with this new phone I finally found someone at T-Mobile who was able to fix most of the issues. The one issue that wasn't fixed is duplication of text as I dictated. After exploring at length I found that I needed to turn off Samsung speech and only have on Google speech. That should have been easily solved and why nobody else new to do this is beyond me. I'd still like to know how to turn off Bixby voice window that keeps popping up. I don't know what Bixby is and I don't know why it takes up so much of my memory with apps that I cannot delete.
