Everything deleted from my secured folder after update?

Has anyone lost EVERYTHING in their SECURED FOLDER after a system update like I did? Very disappointed.

Oxford Thanks. Was this part of the 'system update'? My information was there for over a year, then it just vanished.

I believe it was removed and one of the updates in the the third quarter of 2022.

Let me tell you what I was told by a Tech from Samsung. 😐 Samsung says that VERIZON deleted this part of the file (secured folder) so that the customers would save information on the Verizon Cloud instead of the Samsung Cloud. If you go to Settings, then Accounts and backup, if Samsung Cloud is not listed to sync, Verizon took it off. I am livid. I had too much going on to call Verizon, but I will.
