The 'External Storege Transfer' backup option has stopped working after the recent One UI 6.1 update. It used to work flawlessly before the update. Any fix?

If the restart wasn't helpful, you can check to see if a third-party application is responsible: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
Lastly, if the behavior continues in Safe Mode, it may be time to factory reset the device. Back up everything you can, even if manually, beforehand: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
