External/bottom speaker not playing sound

All sound media, phone calls, notifications, are coming through the top/phone speaker.  Any advice? I already restarted in safe mode and the issue continued. Should I take it in?

Sounds like a hardware issue. Maybe the speaker has gone out.

Shoot okay. That is the logical conclusion. This has never happened on a phone before, its like it knows to play sound out of the top instead of no sound at all which i don't understand

If you go into the "Support" section of this app and click on "Diagnostics" you can actually do a test on the speakers to make sure that's what it is.

Thank you, i did do the diagnostic, when it came to the speakers, sound only came out of the top
