Galaxy S21Those phones usually are international models (verify your model#) and ment only for GSM (At&t, Tmobile) not CDMA carriers like Verizon or Sprint.

Galaxy S21@aidanrts I understand how frustrating this is. The Exynos version of the phone is an international version. You would need to verify with Verizon if the phone is compatible with their service. Regrettably, support for non-US models is very limited. If Verizon is unable to resolve your concern, I recommend reaching out to Amazon to see what options they may have.
