Fake information, be careful

seller told me it is compatible with internal SD card, then I buyed it. They registered in their shop, but when I reached home and tried to put SD card, found it impossible. 

Now they don't accept their fault and refusing exchange. 

To whom I can make complaint?

Contact Samsung. Note20 is the last phone with SD Card.
