Solved: Feature Request for 108MP RAW images - Samsung Community

Now that we got all 4 lenses to shoot raw in pro mode, we're still missing 108mp RAW images. This feature is available on phones that shoot 48mp so it'd be nice to have considering the Ultra models boast about the 108mp camera

Cant you click on the aspect ratio and use 108mp mode

Nope, the 108mp sensor is not available in the Pro Mode or in Expert Raw so there is no way to select that aspect ratio.
