Galaxy S21Go to phone Settings > Apps. Click the filter icon (looks like a down arrow with three lines next to it; located just above the first app to the right), and turn on "Show system apps". Now scroll down to the "Software update" app (warning: your list of apps is now much longer by a magnitude or two; if you know how to use the side scrollbar, use it). Then click the app > Storage > Clear cache (button at bottom right of screen). Note that there might be two "Software update" apps, and I don't know which is which, only that one has permission to change system settings, and the other does not even have the option. Since it is only the cache to be cleared, I suggest doing so to both. I hope this might help.
