Flash Notifications

I've seen an app on iPhone that flashes when you get a call or sms but the ones available in Galaxy Store and Google Playstore do not light up the flash bit did it blink. 

Does anyone know of such an app that works on the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra?

@CaryS21UltraS24Ultra You don't need an app. Checkout phone settings -> Accessibility -> Advanced settings -> Flash notifications
