Issue is with Samsung mobile only, cannot send/receive SMS, cannot receive phone calls. The same SIM works perfectly fine on non Samsung phone.

It's a Samsung issue for sure. The exact SIM works perfectly fine on other device.

Not on airplane mode.

Try rebooting into recovery mode, clear the cache, and then run the repair apps option. Your phone will restart. Test out. LMK if this helps! GL!
