Galaxy S21 Ultra lock screen will not rotate

Just got my S21 Ultra and so far I love it. The only issue I haven't been able to resolve so far is that the lock screen will not rotate to landscape mode. My S10+ used to do this, and there used to be separate settings for rotating the Home, Lock and Voice call screens. These are no longer there. I just contacted support and they told me that the S21 will not do that. I am guessing that this is actually caused by some change in the new One UI v3.x software, as opposed to a hardware dfficiency in the S21. At least I would hope so. Does anyone else have an issue with this?

@roboyo hey there! I believe I can assist! Simply press and hold the Portrait/Auto-rotate button in your quick settings menu. You should be able to change the setting you want from there. Let me know how it goes! 🙂

@bill-e it's actually interesting that some of your options are greyed out. I am able to rotate my lock screen as well.

Thanks, that worked. I guess I shouldn't have wasted a 45 minutes on a chat with support. I'll just post here in the future. Thanks again!
