Been having an issue for the past 2 days with my S21 Ultra randomly restarting. It only does it while idling, hasn't happened yet while I've been using the phone. I uninstalled the most recent apps, only 2, that didn't help anything. I tried booting in safe mode, it still happened. Just before this I factory reset the device, and it was fine for about 20 minutes, and then it's happening again. I really hope Samsung can figure this out because if not, I'm going to try and get a refund and buy another phone. Has anyone else experienced this?
It's been almost 3 weeks since I sent the device back, still haven't received my refund from Samsung. This is unbelievable how bad their customer service is....
check if you do not have device care if you have automatic optimization because many times there is a person who has it for 7 days and restarts for that
Im having the same restart issue on my S21 Ultra. I got it a couple of days back and the phone has restarted atleast 30-40 times right when its in my hand and a couple of times while I was on a whatsapp call. Tried clearing cache, uninstalled all the unnecessary apps. And it still restarts randomly. I think my phone has some hardware issues and I think I should return my phone.
