Hello,

I have had my S21 Ultra for about a month and all of a sudden the usb-c port stopped working. I cannot charge the phone that way nor can I transfer files. I've tried 3 different usb-c cables with no luck. It charges fine wirelessly. Software is up to date. Is there a known issue for the usb-c port? Since it is 30 days old, do I go through Verizon or Samsung?

Thanks for any help!

First, boot to Safe Mode and see if the problem persists.  If it works, then one of your installed apps is the culprit.

Next. I would open Samsung Members, Click on the headset at the bottom of the screen and both submit an error report and try to get some remote help.

Samsung will probably ask you to perform a Factory Reset without restoring your backup so in anticipation of that, if Safe Mode didn't help I would do the Factory Reset.
