My phone stopped working when I am not connected to wifi (no calls/messages/data). After several calls to spectrum, they said the phone was not compatible which is weird as it worked for over a year. It will also function when it is near 5g but that is it. I don't want to buy a new phone so was wondering if anybody has a similar experience? I tried new sim card, resetting network data, clearing cache, etc. It briefly worked yesterday leaving Spectrum store but that is it.
It might be an issue with the phone All unlocked US based phones will work on all US based networks So the bull about it not working is that especially if it worked before
