My phone keeps losing connection randomly and my Bluetooth turns off and stops working. My wifi doesn't want to connect. Why are they trying to force me to buy the new s25? This phone had no problems until recently. Stop messing with my phone please.

Galaxy S21Hello Ralfeezy, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns with your device not staying connected. There are a few different troubleshooting steps we can try to get your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi back working correctly. First lets start with your Bluetooth connection:
Make sure your main device and the Bluetooth device both have sufficient power
Tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it on. The icon will glow blue when it's enabled and will be grayed out when it's disabled
In order to connect, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the phone or tablet
Restart both devices
Confirm both devices are up-to-date on the latest software
Some Bluetooth devices may need a support app in order to connect to a phone or tablet
Clear Bluetooth Cache: Open Settings, Tap Apps, Tap Sort Icon, Tap Show System Apps, Tap Bluetooth, then Storage and Clear Data
You may need to reconnect the Bluetooth device in question, along with any other devices you had connected
Here is a link to some troubleshooting steps for your WiFi not staying connected: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002018/
Factory reset your device: Please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset
If you are still having issues with your device after completing all the troubleshooting steps please visit a Samsung walk-in service center or you can schedule a repair service online.

Galaxy S21I can go through the settings system but the Bluetooth storage section will not allow me to clear cache or clear data. The options stay grey when touched.
I can do it in the Bluetooth agent setting but should I do that please?
