galaxy s21 ultra not seeing my 5Ghz Wireless AC SSID being broadcast? I've tried messing with changing the frequency channels but nothing. It can see other 5Ghz wifi connections just not the one to my Netgear X10 aka R9000 Router. Had no issues with other Samsung devices picking up this frequency such as my Galaxy Tablet S5E and my Galaxy Note 10 Plus.

You can try the troubleshooting steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001559/ If the phone will still not recognize the Netgear R9000 router, I would recommend following up with Netgear for additional troubleshooting steps.

I got it figured out. For some reason I had to toggle the 160MHz setting under advanced wifi settings. Toggled it off saved the setting them the phone saw the 5Ghz wifi ssid broadcasting. Turned 160MHz option back on and it still stayed locked in so not sure why this was the culprit but it worked 🤷🏻‍:male_sign:

Could you please be more specific about what you had to toggle off or on?  I am having the same issue with my Linksys router (s21 Ultra not seeing network), and I am using DDWRT firmware.

Your make and model router is totally different than mine so not sure this would even be related but for my Netgear X10 (R9000) model it was an advanced wireless network setting dealing with toggling the feature labeled "160MHz"

After logging into your R9000 GUI it's the following tabs:

ADVANCED, ADVANCED SETUP, WIRELESS SETTINGS, SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM AND YOU WILL SEE A CHECK BOX THAT READS "ENABLE 160MHz BANDWIDTH IN THE 5GHZ BAND"

Toggled it off and saved then the s21 ultra was able to see the 5ghz SSID. I connected then toggled it back on and it still stayed locked to 5ghz.

you can also try and forget the network then add it back before hitting connect  go to advanced and where it says Randomized MAC change that to Device MAC. Hope it helps

I couldn't forget the network because the phone could not even see the network broadcasting was the problem to begin with.
