For some reason my Google Assistant pops up when not called on my phone can be laying down and all of a sudden the assistant will pop up and say how can I help you
Sometimes the Google assistant thinks you're saying the trigger word when you're not try going into the assistant settings and changing the sensitivity I believe there should be like a slider for how sensitive it is
It happens to me too. I suppose certain words can trigger the assistant if you are watching TV also. I could be watching a movie or show and it would pick up sounds from the TV thinking it's being talked to when it isn't
