Hi. I currently have an S21 and had an S10. I've been having problems with the Google Play Store. Recently on both phones, I did a software update. Now when I try to install or update apps on the phone, it won't let me. I tap on update or install and won't do either. Please help. I already had a chat with someone from Google. It work one time then quit. They think it's a device issue.

Yes. I did a factory reset and made sure my apps were backed up. I had problems again last night. I called tech support. They mentioned trying to have a second Gmail account and see if that would work. I haven't done that step yet. I'm going to see if things will work. I cleaned the cache and data on the Play Store app again. I'm also having issues with the Yahoo Mail app too. It doesn't go straight to the email. It wants to set up the app every time I log in.

Log out of Google account and then log back in. If it doesn't fix it change your password. And last is up to you Reset your phone

I've been having issues with Google for several weeks as well, downloads take forever, and updates as well, I've restarted and uninstalled, and cleared cache several times and nothing has helped, these routines used to be instantaneous!

I chatted with Samsung and they said to do a regular reset. I haven't done that yet. I'm about to and see I'd this fixes the problem. I'll let you know.
