Google play system update

When updating the Google play system, I need to restart my phone every time before I can check and downlaod another update, which is annoying sometimes. For this March update, I needed to download the first one (~20mb) and restart my phone, and there was another update (~700kb).

Is there a way to download, install the updates, and restart my phone only once?

Yeah I don't know how it is rolled out. My S21 ultra got it but my friend's S22 ultra doesn't. We both have an unlocked phone.

Yeah Google still hasn't fix the glitch
