Hi, this youtube video https://youtu.be/jsDgrKdczAE in the youtube app on the latest android release (Android 11, 1August update) overrides the auto brightness settings. I have mine off, but it does auto brightness when in in full screen.

Advanced features video brightness is in normal mode

Tried with safe mode, same problem

I think it's a bug, can you fix it? Thanks.

Can anyone else confirm this is happening on your devices?

I get this message: can't adjust brightness because it's being controlled by the current running app

It's because the video has HDR

There isn't really a way to do HDR without that. You may be able to disable HDR in YouTube Vanced.
