Samsung Care + is dropping the ball on me with no fix insight.screen a month ago stopped displaying anything but an all orange screen.i paid $1400 for this unlocked phone brand new from xfinity mobile and pay Samsung directly for care+.I filed a claim a month ago and due to covid-19  my driver's license is expired and rmv is backed up to get the new one they are supposly and Samsung Care wants a **bleep** picture of a non expired id..I'm **bleep** and frustrated and just want my **bleep** phone back...I'm about to go to the local news for
