I’m looking for this theme 
Saw this at Samsung site but I can’t find it in the theme store. If you recognize, please let me know where under which category or designer's name I can look for it. Thanks in advance

Fun little challenge. Took me about 5 minutes. For future reference, I used Google Lens and played with the size of the search area on the screenshot of the screenshot you posted. I found a post on the Japanese version of Samsung discussions. Someone just screenshot their home screen and didn't say anything about where to find it. But I did get a full image of the drawing. It took a few minutes of typing in keywords into the theme store. I landed on "music man dog" and it came up.

I did tried using Google Reverse Image search but came up nothing
Forgotten about Google Lens
