@datguysohumble To enable Bixby for offline use:

  1. Open the Bixby app
  2. Click on the gear icon
  3. Click on On-device mode and enable it.

Bixby is not designed to completely replace Google Assistant. There is a lot of overlap but Bixby is designed to help with control and use of Samsung devices and services.

I have never had an issue with Bixby using a lot of battery nor RAM.

Bixby is better then google assistance.
Update from samsung store and unable all the access that request for Bixby and start using with voice activation.
Bixby however does uses quite a battery and ram to help the user for best AI experience.

I had the worst experience with it. I disabled it. I'm going to give it another try see if it goes better.

In my experience Bixby is better for phone functions and finding hard to locate features of your device. While GA is better for internet functions, searches, etc.
