Unfortunately even Smart Switch does not back these up, as far as I am aware there are not any programs you can use to back-up alarms to.

I'm not sure what Smart Switch is? I've got a brain injury due to a car accident and so I reeeally have a problem when my reminder alarms end up getting deleted (like when my old phone died). Of course, I've got a lot in my calendar too, but I'm just wondering if there's a way I can maybe back them up in Google, like my calendar, contacts, etc?
