How do I turn off voicemail Forwarding

I hit 1 for voicemail and instead of hearing messages, it say call forwarded. How do I change or reset voicemail?

@userPkhq0r9ByH Voicemail is a carrier provided service. Contact your provider to reset your voicemail.

In your phone app the call settings are all in there including forwarding settings
