How to add visual voicemail icon on my S21 Ultra?

When I had the S10, there was a visual voice-mail icon on the phone keypad for easy access. 

None on S21. Is there a way to add??

If you are with T-Mobile, you can go to Google Play Store and download the visual voice-mail app.

I don't know why it wasn't on your phone but it is in Play Store

You may need to download the corresponding app from your carrier. I'd recommend speaking with them directly to see which app they require you to use.

by keypad, you mean the numbers you dial to make a call in phone app?

long press '1' will direct you to voicemail, but not vvm
