How to tell if my S21 Ultra has been rooted?

How do I know if my S21 Ultra phone is rooted? I purchased it refurbished and unlocked on Amazon. I have One UI 6.0 Android 14 software. I update the software and it says the current software is not compatible. Go to a customer service center. Help if anyone has any advice! I don't know if a factory reset will allow me to update to 6.1 Android 15 and wait for One UI 7.

Go to settings, about phone what model name is listed there in the US it will end in a U or U1.

Anything else and it will be a none US model.

My phone us U1 model still no update since 2023

You will have to go to a Samsung service center.
They will be able to flash the proper software on the device.
