I just got the s21, having problems with the Navy Federal Credit Union app

It will kick you out after you take a picture of the front.  Either takes you back to the start or blank screen.  Any suggestions.

@user8D2pq4bkwR contact the developers of the app. They may have to make some changes to be fully compatible with the new S21.

I have been waiting for 2 months for either the NFCU app developer of SAmsung to resolve the problem with my credit union app, still nothing.  I called both and both acknowledge there is an issue but still no fix. I am thinking I may need to trade in this phone because I really need that app!  The lack of resolution is frustrating.

I recently spoke to them about the issue and they say they are still working on it. In the meantime the only workaround is to either find a local branch or find an ATM at a bank they partner with and deposit checks that way.

I have the same problem... What can I do? Should I change the brand? When I triyng to take the picture with Iphone 12 works well.

It's likely an Android 11 issue and @Piratebob says that they are still working on it.  I wouldn't think that it is a Samsung responsibility and they probably don't have the development documentation for the app to fix it anyway. 

So you gotta do what you gotta do.
