I've been looking for the ability to do this. I'm gonna test it in the morning. I had been copy and pasting my notes from Evernote to Samsung Notes. Have you tried the links method?

No, personally I don't use Evernote. I just googled it to see how to export it.

export from Evernote and import into samsung notes using import-- choose Evernote because Evernote export will be in enex format. unfortunately needs to be done one at a time
