Is it ok to charge the phone every night or wait until its below 25%?

Is it ok to charge phone every night or is it best to wait until battery is below 25%? Have heard it weakens battery if it's charged too so often or before it is needed.

I've heard multiple times is best to charge your phone between 80 and 40 percent

Charging it overnight won't hurt it as long as you're not keeping it on the charger all day. You can even get paid, or sometimes auto donate to a cause, for charging it if you trust the company paying.

interesting! I have a rapid charger so it's not usually on for more than a few hours.

Those days are over ... current battery technology doesn't require the "wait to charge at 20% and don't charge over 80%" opinion from years ago
