Issues w/ Crashing Apps

New Samsung Galaxy s21 - initially set up with Smart Switch to transfer over data from old Samsung phone. 
I noticed apps like Facebook and the Messages/Texting app kept crashing upon trying to open.
Tried to check for software updates, checked for application updates, checked the applications settings & device optimization as recommended in other community posts
Backed up my info, factory reset the phone, the only info I transferred was contacts from my Samsung account & the issue is still happening.

All apps up to date, all software is up to date. Anyone else receiving these consistent issues? Could this possibly be my device & may need a replacement?

Mainly posting here to get the word out & see if this a bug that Samsung needs to push a fix for in a new patch. 

Other than these issues, the S21 has been working smoothly & accurately. Will report back with any additional issues.

now that i think about it, issue are only associated with google apps.
So i have to reach Google?

well i just finished talking with google support and they couldn't fix the problem and told me to reach the manufacturer

It is out of the ordinary but have you tried making a dummy goggle account and testing it on the phone? The only other option would be to set the phone up for service repairs.

mmm. well i have my Google account in my daughter's tablet and i work just fine on youtube kids i also have youtube kids on my phone and is not working. i think the other best option is to return this phone and get my galaxy s 20 back

I apologize for the frustration. The only other possibility I would know of would be a difference in the OS or baseband versions of the devices the content is being viewed on.

This might have nothing to do with your issue. Try Play Store->3 bar menu->Settings->Auto-Play Videos and set to "At any time" and see if that helps.  Mine defaulted to wifi only.
