Galaxy S21It is out of the ordinary but have you tried making a dummy goggle account and testing it on the phone? The only other option would be to set the phone up for service repairs.

Galaxy S21This might have nothing to do with your issue. Try Play Store->3 bar menu->Settings->Auto-Play Videos and set to "At any time" and see if that helps. Mine defaulted to wifi only.
