Galaxy S21@mojomojo seems like a problem with the Facebook app itself. Has this happened with any other apps that you know of?

Galaxy S21@mojomojo head to Battery and device care in your settings menu. In the top right corner you should see a bar graph; select that. You should be able to see a list of apps that recently crashed in the next window. Are any of the apps you mentioned listed there?

Galaxy S21@mojomojo yeah I know I would be frustrated as well. It's hard to pin down issues like this remotely. It could be the apps themselves, and an incompatibility the app developers will likely fix in short order. It could be the phone, but as it is brand new that isn't a likely option imho. Start by clearing the app data for the apps in question. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling.
