Keyboard animation lag

Every time when the keyboard comes up the animation stutter is extremely annoying.

Also Google voice typing animation lags as well as Bluetooth list of devices.

I just checked and samsung keyboard runs on 60 hz not 120.

I guess the refresh rate mess is still not going away.

Just to give you an idea what go on with this, I will paste a site it's just to give u idea what could be going w r on. U'd have to look up info for us device to actually go thru with this.
