Hey guys, I need some help with getting my Verizon Visual Voicemail back & hoping someone out here can help me out!
To begin with, it worked fine up until an update in February, ever since then it has not! I naturally turned to Verizon for help & after about 30 minutes of this & that & this & that along with many redundant questions, they gave up & blamed it on Samsung! Verizon stated that Samsung would have to write "a patch" to repair this problem! So I get online with Samsung Tech Support, and when I told them about the Verizon comment made against Samsung, she simply said "well thats good to know", as if she were going to do something about it! Shortly afterward she sent me some sort of instructions to clear the cache memory on my phone, needless to say it did not work and meantime I still have no voice mail and I'm still being billed for it monthly of course!
My phone is a brand new S21 Ultra 5G, and it was not cheap to say the least! There are also multiple other problems with this expensive thing but I'm gonna tackle one at a time I guess so if anyone has any advice other than to burn this phone I'd be very happy to try it out!
I share your pain with Verizon Visual Voicemail!! The problem is Verizon. Why because from Verizon 's website you should be able to send this app to your phone, however each time you send it tells you "System Error" try later........
I'm not sure what to do about this! I need my voice mail especially here lately while I'm expecting an important call concerning work! What a lack of concern for customer service this has turned out to be! #missingmyRazr
